Common Questions
Where is my order?
Every item is printed to order, so it goes through a production step before it ships. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a tracking email (check your spam folder too). If tracking hasn’t updated, send us your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Production can start shortly after checkout, so contact us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know whether a change is still possible.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?
Send us your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its label so we can review it.
Which size should I pick?
