Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the I Print A Story website at iprintastory.com (the “Site”) and to every purchase you make on it. The Site is operated by Shark United LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently accept orders for delivery in the United States only.
2. Products
Our products are printed on demand after you order. We try to show products as accurately as possible, but colors can look different depending on your screen, and small variations in print placement and color are normal for made-to-order printing. Product measurements are listed in our Size Guide.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors. We may change prices at any time, but changes don’t affect orders already placed.
5. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions stated with each offer (such as a minimum order amount or an expiration date). Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order, codes can’t be combined with other offers, have no cash value and can’t be applied to past orders. We may end or change a promotion at any time.
6. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for rates, timing and what to do if a package is lost.
7. Refunds and returns

8. Intellectual property
All designs, text, graphics, logos and other content on the Site belong to Shark United LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Buying a product gives you the right to wear and enjoy it, not the right to copy, reproduce or resell our designs.
9. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you confirm that you have the right to share them and allow us to use them on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or off-topic.
10. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it in bulk, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our policies, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shark United LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
