This Privacy Policy explains how Shark United LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates the I Print A Story online store at iprintastory.com (the “Site”), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit the Site or make a purchase.

Information you give us
- Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (if provided) and the items you buy.
- Account information: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Messages: what you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
Payment card details are entered directly with our third-party payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website and how you interact with the Site. Data retention
We keep order information as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We keep other information only as long as it is useful for the purposes described in this policy, then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
